Do you hate Steve Wright (on BBC Radio 2)? Are you completely fed up with the sycophantic, moronic rubbish that he spouts? Do you think Steve Wright has had his day? Well I do! Every day at the office we see how much of his program we can stomach before we can stand it no longer and switch to another station. So, this blog is about all the gut clenching, stomach churning, sick making purile drivel Steve Wright comes out with, and why we hate it so!
But do we also have to listen to 5 minutes of his theme tune before they read the news – has he really got nothing to say or is it that he just can’t be bothered to talk, so he plays that instead?

I have just heard Chris Evans say that SW has given away the name of the winner of American Pop Idol!!!! Is that true??????????
I expect so! HE has to be the FIRST at everything!! Also, why does SW have to read the news AGAIN in his bit of the show when Radio 2 already has news readers? It seems to me that it's all just loads of 'padding' to get him through his show with the least original content of his own!!!
I think that's got it - no original content.
That's probably why they've dropped the Copyright statement at the end of his show, everyone except him have moved on so there realy isn't any point copying it!
You dont hear Ken Bruce constantly reading out e-mails,texts e.t.c by people who say they love his show.He also has the great Lynn Bowles as his sparring partner-not some screechy voiced hippy veggie that annoys the hell out of you
